General administration in a small company in the 'PC-eighties'. In the pioneer years of the PC, we have built PC's from components and assembled motherboards, floppy drives and hard disks, which at the time were huge boxes containing a fabulous 20 Mb (Yes, Megabytes and not Gigabytes ).

​1986-1989

 

Sales position in Time registration equipment, access control, production control for large companies and administrations  like BP, 3-COM and several public administartions.

 

Alfa Computers, Hasselt

​1989-2000

 

I started here in a Sales position, and after 5 years I switched to a business consultancy/ project management in SMA projects. Development environments at the time were: Informix, COBOL,UNIX, .... Seeing the possibilities of the standard ERP Navision, I introduced Navision in this company.

 

Computer Support , Antwerp

​2000-2004

 

In this IBM owned subsidiary, I was business consultant for 4 years, delivering projects to the (bigger) SME's. When IBM decided to sell this division, I decided to stay in the Navision world, but move to one of the biggest Solution centers in Belgium. 

 

Helios IT / Norriq Belgium, Keerbergen

​2004-2016

 

The Navision world changed in 2002, when Microsoft bought Navision. An accelerated investment in upgrades and new functionalities was done. Navision business was booming and lots of new projects were signed and needed to be delivered. The strategic vision of the management brouht a succesfull period for Helios-IT. 

In 2008, another major change was announced when the Danish company Norriq bought Helios IT.

Cegeka, Hasselt

​2016-now

Looking for a new opportunity I started as senior business consultant at Cegeka who had recently bought AX and Nav partner Edan.  Bringing my experience from my years of work in Navision I also took up the task of Product manager.
